All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Please note that due to the nature of dropshipping, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, customs processing, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the order reaches the destination country.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.-
